Based on the Isekai dark fantasy manga, the anime No Longer Allowed in Another World released its first official trailer on the 7th of February 2024, along with the release date and first visuals.
The plot of ‘No Longer Allowed in Another World’
The anime tells the story of Osamu Dazai aka sensei, who is an author. As he tries to kill himself and his lover, Osamu Dazai gets summoned to another world in a failed accident. Now, he sets off on his journey in this new world in a desire to reunite with his lover again.
The official publisher of this manga, Seven Seas Entertainment has described the plot as follows: “A second life in another world with cute girls by your side and video gamey powers – sounds like a dream, right? Not so for a certain melancholy author, who would quite literally rather drop dead. Honestly, all the fantastical adventure is just getting in the way of his poetic dream of finding the perfect place to die. But no matter how much he risks his hide, everything keeps turning out okay. Will our terminally depressed hero find a new lease on life in this cheerfully bleak isekai comedy?”
